Secondly - No posession of fireworks as it is dangerous. It might dirty the sky too.

No wearing of any lame T-shirts. People might just feel unhappy. They might turn green with jealously, but that is not what we want. We want the city to be green.

Last for this post, do not litter unfinished structures behind as being vacant is a total waste of money. And its not green.
