What’s in a name?

With the bubbly waves crashing on the shore in a orchestrated tune, the day wore on just like any other with nothing very different from the one before.

Sitting under the shade provided by a lonely tree by the outcrop of land leading to the breakwater, he sat there whirling the time away. Not wanting to go back to where he belongs, not wanting to end the seemingly timeless moment of being left alone by the beach in quiet solitary.

Of course, as the day wore on, the sun sank lower and lower in the sea, dying the water with its fading colour. He stood up, gathered his belongings and with a sigh of longing, reluctantly made his way back to the city scape that stood waiting behind him.
